I joined Aberdeen's CRM programme as a certified Salesforce Developer and delivered two business-critical applications on the Salesforce platform. The first was an investor-facing CRM used by relationship managers and sales directors to track clients, manage fund conversations, and record investment activities — handling the full lifecycle from prospect through to active investor. The second was a Fund Lifecycle Management application used by investment directors to track compliance sign-offs, legal documentation, third-party approvals, risk assessments, and regulatory milestones for each fund throughout its entire operational life.
